What types of products does KYR Labs offer?
KYR Labs creates practical, functional products designed to improve everyday life at home, at work, outdoors, and with the pets we love.
Are KYR Labs products 3D printed?
Many KYR Labs products are made using additive manufacturing, also known as 3D printing. This allows us to create useful products with flexibility, precision, and continuous improvement.
Are visible layer lines normal?
Yes. Subtle layer lines, minor surface variations, and slight differences between batches are normal characteristics of additive manufacturing and do not affect intended function.
What materials do you use?
Materials may vary by product based on function, durability, and finish. Product-specific material details are listed on each product page whenever applicable.
Are your products suitable for outdoor use?
Some products are designed for outdoor use, but water resistance, heat tolerance, and UV exposure limits vary by product and material. Please review the product description and care details before outdoor use.
Are your pet products chew-proof?
No. KYR Labs pet products are not intended to be chew toys and should only be used for their intended purpose. Please supervise pets when appropriate and keep products away from pets that may chew or damage them.
Are props included with the product?
No. Props shown in product photos are for display purposes only and are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.
Orders & Gift Cards
How long does it take to process an order?
Order processing times may vary by product and order volume. Estimated processing and shipping information will be provided during checkout or in your order confirmation when available.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@kyrlabs.com. Once an order has entered production or shipped, changes may not be available.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact support@kyrlabs.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. KYR Labs digital gift cards are available in multiple denominations and can be used toward eligible purchases on our website.
Do gift cards expire?
Gift cards do not expire and may be redeemed until the balance is exhausted, unless otherwise required by law.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
KYR Labs currently ships to eligible locations shown at checkout. Shipping options may vary depending on destination and product availability.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
What if my package says delivered but I do not have it?
First, check nearby areas, household members, neighbors, or your local carrier. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at orders@kyrlabs.com and we will help guide you through the next steps.
Returns & Warranty
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Custom, personalized, clearance, or final sale items may not be eligible for return.
Are 3D printing characteristics considered defects?
Minor layer lines, small surface variations, and slight cosmetic differences are normal characteristics of additive manufacturing and are not considered defects.
Do KYR Labs products include a warranty?
KYR Labs provides warranty support for eligible products when issues are related to workmanship or manufacturing defects. Normal wear, misuse, improper installation, and normal 3D printing characteristics are not covered.
How do I start a return or warranty request?
Email support@kyrlabs.com with your order number, product name, reason for the request, and photos if applicable. We will review your request and provide next steps if the item is eligible.
Wholesale & Custom Requests
Do you offer custom products?
Custom requests may be considered depending on the product, design requirements, quantity, and production availability. Contact hello@kyrlabs.com with details about your request.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. KYR Labs welcomes bulk order and wholesale inquiries. Please contact wholesale@kyrlabs.com with the product name, estimated quantity, and any timeline requirements.
Can I request a specific color?
Available color options are listed on each product page. If you are interested in a color that is not listed, contact us and we can let you know if it may be available.
