Warranty Coverage

Limited Warranty Coverage

KYR Labs warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or experiences a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we may, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the affected product.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Products that arrive damaged due to production issues
  • Structural failures that occur during normal intended use
  • Incorrect items received due to fulfillment errors

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper use, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage caused by pets, children, or third parties
  • Damage resulting from excessive heat, direct sunlight, or environmental exposure
  • Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by anyone other than KYR Labs
  • Damage resulting from use outside the product's intended purpose

3D Printed Product Notice

Due to the nature of additive manufacturing, minor variations in color, layer lines, texture, and finish are normal characteristics of 3D printed products and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Slight differences may exist between the product received and product images shown on the website.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the defect or damage
  • Your contact information

We may request additional information to evaluate the claim before determining the appropriate resolution.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KYR Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for that product.
