Orders are processed as quickly as possible based on product availability, order volume, and production schedule. Because many KYR Labs products are produced with care before shipment, processing times may vary by item.
Estimated processing and delivery information will be shown at checkout when available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination, selected shipping method, package size, and order weight.
Any available shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly shown during checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and selected shipping method.
Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of KYR Labs' control.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to update the shipping address or redirect the package.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Please first check tracking information, delivery areas, neighbors, household members, and your local carrier.
If you still need assistance, contact us with your order number and tracking information.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
