Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges may be available.
Return Window
Return Eligibility
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be returned in its original condition.
- Item must not show signs of misuse, modification, or excessive wear.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products
- Made-to-order products specifically created for a customer
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged through misuse, neglect, modification, or improper handling
3D Printed Product Characteristics
Many KYR Labs products are produced using additive manufacturing, commonly known as 3D printing.
Visible layer lines, minor surface variations, small cosmetic differences, and slight color variations are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects. These characteristics are not grounds for return, refund, or replacement.
Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis depending on product availability and the nature of the request.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Return instructions will be provided after a return request has been reviewed and approved.
